Real Estate Broker Assistant

Job Description

Top producing Real Estate Firm seeks highly motivated, full-time Broker Assistant for immediate hire. We cover Residential and Commercial sides of the business. Must have direct experience working in a real estate office or related fields.

Responsibilities:

Monitor key dates related to Purchase and Sale agreement and notify clients accordingly.-Prepare sale contracts, listing paperwork, and other documents requiring acute attention to detail-Manage escrow: you’ll guide clients through escrow, ensuring smooth, on-time closings.-Coordinate with lenders, title, escrow agents, inspectors, and appraisers.-Act as a liaison between clients, inspectors, appraisers, and brokers-Maintain hard copy and electronic company files, requiring superior organization skills-Create listing and marketing materials, requiring excellent writing skills-Research and prepare CMAs;-Provide marketing support by coordinating, creating, tracking, and distributing advertising materials as needed.-Researching properties, finding owners and contact information, researching market stats via MLS & County Websites– Assist with marketing efforts, direct mail campaigns, quarterly newsletters using Mail Chimp, website updates-May provide clerical and administrative support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in Transaction and RE Sales related fields. Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong detail orientation and highly organized. Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher) MAC Computer experience a PLUS Strong Market knowledge Experience using MLS Platform True desire to obtain in-depth knowledge of the Residential and Commercial Real Estate industry Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness. Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service. Demonstrates patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external clients. Leasing Agent

Job Description

The Leasing Agent will be responsible for working with the Property Management team in attaining occupancy goals, property inspections and displaying The Brown Group Core Values at all times. Your are the face of the company!

Essential Functions:

– Present properties and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants

– Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market

– Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotion materials

– Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect tenants

– Stay knowledgable of the property market status

– Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion,joining, crime, etc.)

-Negotiate leasing terms and condition and close deals

-Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties

– Conduct new move ins and outs

– Complies with TBG policies, procedures, rules and regulations

– This position will complete other Administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management

Skills & Abilities

Education: High School Graduate or GED Required

Experience: 1 year work history as a leasing agent, property management

Computer Skills: Strong computer skills required. Working in property management software daily at a rapid pace. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
